ขั้นตอนการสั่ง
1. ตั้งชื่อ Subject: “สั่งภาพ canvas ขนาด …….. #วัน-เดือน-ปี”
ตัวอย่างเช่น ”สั่งภาพ canvas ขนาด 50×50 cm. #01012012″
2.แนบไฟล์ภาพขนาดจริง ที่ต้องการทำ canvas (ไฟล์ภาพควรมีขนาด 1 Mb ขึ้นไป) ตรวจสอบขนาดของภาพได้ด้วยการคลิกขวาที่ภาพ แล้วดูรายละเอียดขนาดที่ Properties
3.รายละเอียดผู้สั่ง
-รู้จัก www.SOdA-gram.com จากที่ไหน
-ชื่อ-นามสกุล-ชื่อเล่น ของผู้สั่ง
-วันเกิด
-เบอร์โทรติดต่อกลับ
-ที่อยู่ในการรับสินค้า
- กำหนดขนาดภาพที่ต้องการสั่ง
- กำหนดวันที่ต้องการรับสินค้า
กำหนดวันรับสินค้า
(ประเทศไทย-ลูกค้าจะได้รับงานภายใน 3 วัน แต่จะไม่เกิน 5 วัน หลังจากยืนยันการชำระเงินครับ)
จัดส่งผ่าน EMSลูกค้าจะได้รับ Tracking Number สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งได้ที่
http://track.thailandpost.co.th
เมื่อจัดส่งเมล์เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะได้รับ Email รับการภายใน 12 ชม. หากเกิน 12 ชม.แล้วยังไม่ได้รับเมล์ตอบรับ สามารถติดต่อได้ที่ 08 99 100099 ได้ตลอด 24 ชม.

1. Name the subject as “Order canvas photo size…. #dd-mm-yy”
For example, “Order canvas photo size 50×50 cm. #01012012″
2. Attach the file in actual size (the file should be 1 Mb minimum).
You can check the photo size by click mouse on the right and find properties.
3. Detail of customer
- How do you know http://www.SOdA-gram.com
- Name & Surname
- Birthday
- Contact number
- Address (where you’d like us to send, please identify country and postal code)
- Photo size that you’d like to order
- Date of receiving product
(In Thailand, you will get the product within 3 business days
In other country, you will get the product within 5-10 business days
after confirm the payment)
We send the product via EMS of Thailandpost,, you will get the tracking number
and check the status of sending @ http://track.thailandpost.co.th
